What does heyBTW do?
heyBTW connects your co-marketing events to pipeline and revenue. See which partner events drive meetings, opportunities, and closed deals. No more spreadsheets. The Context Graph captures the cross-company relationship data behind those deals so you can prove what’s actually working. How do I get started?
Log in with your workspace domain and sync your first event from Luma, Splash, or Zuddl. Connect the HubSpot or Salesforce app to start getting attribution data. Your first event is free. See the Quickstart guide for step-by-step setup. Why can’t I just use my CRM for this?
Your CRM records attendance. It can’t tell you which relationships influenced deals, which events created warm paths to meetings, or which partners are worth doubling down on.What is event attribution?
heyBTW ties contacts and companies from co-marketing events to CRM opportunities and deal stages. See which events led to meetings booked, accelerated deals through stages, and influenced closed-won revenue. What is the Context Graph?
The Context Graph is the relationship layer for B2B AI. It captures who was in the room together, which cross-company connections made introductions, and how those touchpoints map to pipeline. Every collaboration adds data. Over time, it becomes a strategic asset your competitors can’t replicate. Is my data secure?
Your CRM data stays private to your workspace. You choose which partners to collaborate with. Each organization owns and controls their own data. Partners in a collab see shared event metrics and attribution, never your raw CRM records or internal pipeline. How do I invite a partner to collaborate?
Add partners by domain (e.g.,stripe.com) or invite by email under My Partners. When your partner logs in with their workspace domain, they’ll see your collaboration. Partners always join free.
See Adding and Inviting Partners for details.
What does it cost?
Your first event is free. Your partner always joins free. See Pricing and Plans for tier details. Can I use heyBTW for my own events, not just co-marketing?
Yes. heyBTW supports all marketing events: your own hosted events, field events, conferences, webinars. You get full event attribution across all of them. What makes heyBTW different is the partner and ecosystem intelligence layer on top.I run community events with sponsors. How do I show them ROI?
heyBTW has Sponsor Mode for conferences and community events. Each sponsor gets their own view of event ROI. You control which attendee data to share through tier-based data configuration. Sponsors can connect to their own workspace to see attribution results directly. See Sponsor Mode for setup. Why not just build this myself?
Each partner has their own tech stack. Co-marketing always comes down to copy-pasting between spreadsheets to keep everyone in sync. Even if it works inside your stack, it has no context about the relationships driving your pipeline. heyBTW captures that automatically and is building agent workflows to automate the coordination. What data does heyBTW write to my CRM?
HubSpot: heyBTW syncs contacts (event attendees are created or matched). If MQL is enabled, it also updates the Lead Status field (hs_lead_status). Everything else (companies, deals, meetings) is read-only.
Salesforce: Fully read-only. The managed package reads contacts, accounts, and opportunities for attribution but does not write anything back. Your Salesforce instance stays untouched.
See CRM integration for details.
